Cronus at an independent agency
This page describes what a Cronus setup is built to do inside an agency. It is not a case study and we will not invent one. It is the honest picture of the tool doing agency work, so you can judge whether it fits yours.
8:00 - the morning brief
A scheduled run reads what your agents did overnight and writes you a short brief: which follow-up drafts are waiting for review, which renewal dates moved into the 90, 60, and 30 day windows, and anything that failed and needs a person. You read it with your coffee instead of reconstructing it from six tabs.
9:00 - renewal follow-ups, drafted
Cronus routes drafting work to Hermes: renewal touch messages for the accounts entering their windows, in your agency's voice, one per account. Every one of them lands as a draft. A person reads it, edits it or not, and sends it from your own systems. Cronus does not send client messages by itself, and we set it up that way on purpose. Your compliance rules stay your compliance rules.
10:30 - the dec page question
A client calls asking what their wind deductible is. The dec pages and policy documents you have dropped into Files are searchable, and the answer comes back citing the exact document and section it came from. You read the source before you repeat it to the client. Checkable answers are the point, not fast ones.
1:00 - quote follow-up
The quotes that went out last week have a scheduled check: which ones got no reply, which ones are past the carrier's rate guarantee window. The follow-up drafts wait in the same review queue as everything else. Nothing chases a prospect without a person deciding it should.
3:00 - tomorrow's call list
Ask Oracle to pull together tomorrow's calls: monoline accounts worth a cross-sell conversation, renewals that got no response to the first touch, the new leads that came in today. It assembles the list and the context for each name, and you decide who actually gets called.
The part that matters most
Everything above runs on a computer you own. The client data, the drafts, the memory of how your agency works: all of it lives on your machine, not on our servers or anyone else's platform. If a vendor raises prices or shuts down, you switch models from a dropdown and keep working. No one can hold your book of business hostage, including us.
What this is not
Cronus does not auto-text your clients, does not touch your AMS without you wiring that connection deliberately, and does not replace your CSR. It drafts, summarizes, watches, and remembers. People approve and send. If someone promises you a robot that runs your agency unattended, be suspicious of them, not just of us.
