One button: scan. Foresight reads your accumulated memories - not your files, not your keystrokes, the memories your agents already keep - and looks for repeated manual work.
Read the proposals
Each finding comes as a proposal: what pattern it noticed, what an automation would do, and a rough time saving. The estimates are labeled as estimates with a stated basis - never dressed up as measurements. Honesty applies to promises too.
Accept, ignore, or edit
Proposals are suggestions, not actions. Accept one and it becomes a real automation - a scheduled run or workflow born from your own history instead of a template store. Ignore the ones that miss.
Come back monthly
Foresight gets better as memory accumulates. A quiet scan at the end of each month tends to surface one genuine automation you did not think to ask for.
